Engineered for the toughest mission environments.

Founded in 1996 by a former IDF Air Force officer with a Motorola communications background, GATE Technologies is today a 100% defense-industry company specialising in Electronic Safe & Arm Devices.

From R&D subcontractor to ESAD authority.

Our first military projects in 2004 led to the first IDF-qualified ESAD in 2011 and the first miniaturised fire-set (RP-98 LEEFI) in 2013 — smaller than a €1 coin.

Between 2013 and 2018 GATE reinvested 100% of profits into R&D, partnering on the GATE-Raytheon-Elbit "Dagger" project (2016) and producing the first serial ESAD for loitering munitions ("Sapir", 2018).

Today GATE is the IDF’s sole supplier for ground remote-controlled ESADs, exports 80% of output, and operates Bron Technologies in Poland to manufacture ESADs inside NATO.
